We work from customers' images to create arts and other works as required by them, charging a nominal fee for this service. All work created by us becomes our copyright arts/files UNLESS a customer makes a special agreed payment for
the art created solely for their use and buys the copyright to use this work created by us. All other work is received with the understanding that we reserve the right to use these arts to promote our services worldwide. Our partner
websites can display these arts as long as the text (Logo) “Powered by Photo Gifts World” is displayed on the web pages showing our works. Any person wishing us not to display the arts created by us must give this information in
writing before commencement of the work. Additional charges are made for such specialist individual works. Confirmation from both parties must be evident of this agreed arrangement. Any such arrangement must be made before work

All images or pictures supplied for printing, copying, reproducing, sharing or restorations or manipulations are accepted with this understanding that the customer owns the copy right of such files and images and no responsibility is taken
by Photo Gifts World Ltd. or the employees in case of dispute arising involving infringement of the copy right law.
All arts, Images, Texts, data, ideas, and any features shown on our Websites are our property and we do not allow anyone to use, copy, share or sell without our written permission.
Work flow and our agreement regarding returns policy
All arts and Photo Restoration works are completed and uploaded on our web system with water mark. You can view and accept or ask for modification. All modifications from originally submitted images and instructions will be carried
on free of charge. We will keep working again and again until you are fully satisfied from same images and instructions but to rework from new images with new instructions will be considered as a new work and normal cost will incur.
Once the work is accepted; water mark is removed and image is available for you to download and save. Once works are accepted; no further modification can be requested free of charge. We can create arts on request from your own
themes, images and instructions. It is your responsibility to make sure you have copy right to all images you have sent to us for creation of such arts and products.
