We employ over 70 graduate artists who have vast experience in producing stunning works of art directly from customers images. Once you have selected your desired style and uploaded an original image for us to work from, an artist is assigned to your order and begins to create your Personalised Art.

Some styles of art are created completely by hand whereas some art styles are produced using the latest digital equipment and softwares.

Certain styles of Art such as Caricatures or Fairy and Fantasy are template based. This simply means that we have a range of templates to choose from, but these are totally customisable as per your requirements.

In order to place an order for any of our services, you will need to create an account and be logged in at the time of placing your order. The rest is very simple.

Personalised Art

Begin by selecting your desired style of art and click 'Place order'. You are then required to upload your original image. Give us clear instructions if any. Our artists will create your art based upon the image you upload. Fill in the required information such as the number of faces in the original image that you wish to be turned into art, the final size you require and so on.

Once all of your information has been inserted, click 'check out' to make your payment. Once the payment has been made, the artists receive your order and begin to create your Personalised Art.

You will be notified once your art work has been completed. The digital file of your art will be uploaded to your account for you to view privately, awaiting your approval. If you wish to make modifications, kindly give us as much detail as possible in order for our artists to work accurately and efficiently.

If you are happy with your final image and have approved the art work, the final print is made and shipped to your address.

Photo Restoration

Begin by selecting Photo Restoration service and click 'Place order'. You are then required to upload your original image.

As every job in this situation is completely unique, you are advised to give as much detail as possible about the work required on the image. For example, if you are having a black and white image repaired and turned into colour, you will need to give the details of the colours required in the allotted box.

e.g. 'The man on the left has dark brown hair and light blue eyes. The uniform should be a deep red with black trousers. The lady has blonde hair, her earrings should be silver and her dress is a neutral colour (cream/white).'

The more detail you provide to the Photo Restoration specialist, the better the outcome of the final restored image

Once all of your information has been inserted, click 'check out' to make your payment. Once the payment has been made, the artists receive your order and begin to restore your photograph.

You will be notified once your image has been restored and the digital file of the completed work will be uploaded to your account for you to view privately, awaiting your approval.If you wish to make modifications, kindly give us as much detail as possible in order for our artists to work accurately and efficiently.

If you are happy with your final image and have approved the work, the final print is made and shipped to your address.

If you don’t find the required art style or template you are looking for,simply Click on “YOUR CUSTOM MADE ART” Tab. This will allow you to upload your images and instructions for your requirements. Tell us how many faces / people you wish us to draw for this custom order. You can ask for a quote also. Normally our web system will work out costs for number of people and print size to be drawn automatically. If there is a difference of charges for required work; we will contact you before the start of creation of your required art.

We are highly specialised in creating all new styles and can produce on demand.

For example: your son loves wrestling and you would like us to draw him as his favourite wrestling superstar. Simply upload your images, including any samples of the style of art or the theme, and we will create art based entirely on your requirements. Write to us if you are not sure and we will contact you to discuss your needs.

Before sending your final printed order to you, we upload the digital file (with our watermark) for you to assess and approve. If you are not fully satisfied with our work, simply click the Modification button and tell us in clear detail of any changes required. We will work and send it back to you for your approval until you are fully satisfied.

In order to keep the process quick and avoid the need for modifications, it is best to give full, detailed instructions at the time of placing an order. Colour of clothing, hair, eyes, background and foreground as well as any unique or special requirements in creating the art must be explained when placing an original order. We are happy to make changes based upon your original requirements until you are satisfied. However, further modifications can not be made once you have clicked “Accept” . (After acceptance or approval of order we make final prints. Once the print is made – we are not able to make any changes).

There are two stages in completing your order. First is the creation of theArt/Restoration, the second is to print this art once you have given your acceptance to us. Shipping of the work from our centre to your door takes place after the final finished product is complete.

Art/Restoration: All template based arts such as Caricatures, Pop arts, colour Styles, Fair and Fantasy art and Graffiti arts can be completed in three days. All partially hand drawn arts such as Oil Portraits, Water Colour, Pencil Art etc can take 5 to 7 days (this includes Photo Restoration). An express service is available on each art at an extra 30% cost.

Naturally, these time will increase if you request modifications to your art work or photo restoration.

After your approval, we print the final Art Work onto your selected material (photographic print, canvas, poster, mugs, T-Shirts etc) which is completed within 24 hours. From this stage, our delivery partners may take between 3 to 5 days to reach your doorstep depending upon your locality. Again contact us for any special requirements before placing an order.

At the time of checkout and payment you are taken to a secure card processing page (run by our banking partner). You are no longer on our website during the payment stage, making your payment completely secure. Payment using credit or debit cards are accepted. Paypal and other secure payment methods are also offered. On bulk orders for corporate customers we also accept bank to bank transfer.

Sharp and higher resolution images will produce a better final image, but we accept any quality of image. For old and poor quality photos we also offer our Photo Restoration Service so a high quality image may not be available. If your image quality is too poor for us to work from we will notify you and request an alternative.

All images sent for us to work upon must be decent and not obscene or pornographic in nature. Images depicting child or animal abuse will be reported to authorities. It is of the utmost importance that you have permission and authorisation to use the photos, images, text or any information you send to us. All images sent by you; our customer; received by us for us to work upon, must have your own copyright and is deemed that you the customer are permitting us to work on them in order to complete and produce required arts and print

We are always expanding our list of resellers and partners in all areas. Photographic Studios, Framers, Art Galleries, Gift shops, Interior Decorators and home improvement agencies can apply to become our resellers. As soon as reseller partners join us, they are added to our website and made visible to our customers. Where we don’t have resellers our customers can easily avail our services using our website.

Our resellers must have good retail premises in decent market place, mall or shopping complex or an active online store. We will send you various samples of our Personalised Art and products for display on your business premises for maximum customer attraction. You are also welcome to use our images in your Online store for collecting orders. Please make note that all arts shown in our website are protected by copy right laws of UK, USA, Australia and India as well as international copyright and intellectual copyright law. It is strictly enforced. Unauthorised copy or use of our Arts, images, website, or our intellectual property is prohibited.

All physical and digital images offered to our resellers for promotional purposes on their premises and websites are specially water marked for the safety of all users
